I like how friendly all staff were. Everyone did make sure I felt happy. The suite was big, so I could stretch. There are multiple big pools. They seemed well maintained so I felt relaxed and peaceful.
I found only one functional electric socket in the room. It made charging devices tricky.

Food has much variety, and everything tastes delicious. I found no problems. It accommodated my needs. I saw vegetarian options were available and things for vegans too, so they got everyone covered.

the staff was polite. the hotel had nice outdoor spaces, very beautiful. the pool was also a plus.
the towels seemed worn. the prices for services seemed higher than regular rates. there were ashtrays in the hallways, causing cigarette smells.

the hotel staff was friendly. mr mohammad taha from guest relations was especially helpful, i enjoyed private beach access. there were heated pools available. multiple restaurants provided many choices for food.
The room door was hard to open. It took many attempts each time. the bidet sprayed my back instead of aiming correctly. it was oddly aimed at the ceiling

i had a fantastic time. the staff was always smiling and happy to help. the resort was super clean, and i loved the beach access. i felt pampered and relaxed every minute of my stay!
I noticed some minor wear and tear in the bathroom fixtures. it did not detract from the overall experience.
